Our weekend stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms were cozy, but well-equipped with everything we needed, including yukatas for the onsen. the hotel was conveniently located near the main tourist attractions and public transportation. Plus, it was great to relax at the end of a long day in the onsen.
The breakfast selection could have been better. We also encountered some confusion upon check-in regarding our room accommodations.

The location of this hotel was great - it was near the tram station and only a short ride away from the main city centre. the room was spacious and modern, equipped with a nice kettle. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the staff was super friendly and they even had a luggage storage service. the hotel was close to a few shopping streets, perfect for some leisurely walking and browsing.
The hotel's wifi was quite slow, which could be a problem for some guests who need to work online or stay connected to the internet.

The location of this hotel was outstanding! It was just a hop, skip, and jump away from many wonderful attractions. We also enjoyed the fact that the staff was always very welcoming and accommodating. Additionally, the room was of a decent size and had all the basic amenities one needs for a comfortable stay.
We were disappointed with the breakfast options and felt that the quality could have been better. Also, the walls of our room were rather thin, so we could hear our neighbors quite a bit which was a bit of a nuisance. However, despite these small drawbacks, we still had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in the area.

The rooms were cozy and had comfortable beds, although the yellowish towels could use an upgrade. the hotel offered basic amenities and a decent breakfast with a Western taste.
No major complaints.
